Plunkett, Griesenbeck & Mimari, Inc.
- Lindsay S. Hurt -

Lindsay S. HurtI am originally from the small town of Dublin, Georgia, and from there I moved to a Chicago suburb to earn my undergraduate degree in journalism from Northwestern University. While at Northwestern I was a member of the U.S. Navy Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC). After graduating from Northwestern I accepted a position as a multimedia and television news producer for a local CBS station in Macon, Georgia.

I then attended Mercer University School of Law (also in Macon) on a full tuition merit scholarship as a George W. Woodruff Scholar. While in law school I was a member of the Mercer Law Review, served as an executive board member of the Mercer Advocacy Council, competed in the Georgia Intrastate Moot Court Competition, and later served as both a team coach and student chairwoman for that competition. During my third year of law school I worked as a clerk in the criminal division of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Georgia. I graduated cum laude from Mercer in May 2013.

I am also a PADI certified scuba diver, a licensed private pilot, a Mensa International member, and a classically trained pianist. During my free time I enjoy cooking, reading, and training my 110-pound Bernese Mountain Dog.

In March 2016 I moved to San Antonio after having worked at a business and commercial litigation firm in Mobile, Alabama, and I joined Plunkett, Griesenbeck & Mimari in April 2016.
